Does it work with all mobile phones? Yes. THE PROSPECTOR works using SMS text messaging, which is supported by virtually all mobile phones and is an extremely popular and rapidly-growing form of communication. You don't need a special "smart" phone, and you don't need to download and install a custom application program. (Of course, THE PROSPECTOR also works beautifully on all smart phones.)
Does it capture the caller's phone number? Yes, the caller's phone number may be captured, but for Privacy reasons the user must intentionally provide his phone number.
How much does it cost? There is only one annual subscription fee. That means no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no per-message fees. (However, depending on your calling plan, your carrier my charge a fee for text messages)
How many properties can I assign to my PROSPECTOR account during the year? Unlimited. You may move your PROSPECTOR sign to and from as many properties as you please, you just need to change the property descriptions to correspond with the property that the PROSPECTOR sign is on.
Can the PROSPECTOR provide pictures of the property as well as website? Yes, The Just enter the URL in the property descriptions, and the user will be able to view the picture or website on the property instantly on their cell phone.
What is the maximum number of characters that I may send in a Text message? Currently, you may send up to 130 characters per text message.
